The place

How we wish all days of the week were like this one – Happy Friyay!
No next morning office woes, school routine or that early morning lecture.
Ok…Ok, so why all this Friday gyaan on a holy Sunday?

Well, that’s cuz I recently tried the ‘Superhealthy Food Menu’ at the Amanora outlet.
I was excited to try this healthy stuff which also reminded me of the fitness goals which were royally ignored for a long time.

What did I try?

šŸ˜ŠFruits & nuts super salad which is a plate full of crisp romaine lettuce, red cabbage, and my favorite walnuts, apples & cranberries, picked and selected these and had more of it. It’s tossed with honey and pomegranate mustard vinaigrette. I wish the lettuce were little less & my fav’s were more. Overall quite liked this one with refreshing Virgin Mojito.

šŸ˜ŠNext we tried, Vegetarian tex mex chili- This is cooked with beans, olive oil (healthy stuff), celery tomatoes, cilantro leaves, tinge of honey & spices. It’s an wholesome meal, especially when you’re served with beans which are rich sources of fiber & protein coupled with highly nutritious carbohydrates brown rice.
They also have some more options like Wasabi glazed chicken, Honey mustard salmon.
The above two salads are served at Rs 395 each, which is slightly overpriced for someone like me who is not a salad person, but happy to have tried.
Must say, Happy & Healthy Living!

In terms of interiors the place is vibrant, spacious and colorful.
The SB road outlet is equally impressive, the outdoor seating there is pleasant with a beautiful view of the city and the indoors with dim lights is the perfect place to chill with your gang.

New outlet

We started with Blue raspberry which had lemonade and fruit flavor, good to sip this with the array of chicken wings. Here’s the list of options:

  • Chimichurri, strong garlic and herbs in this one
  • Ghost pepper, it’s full of flavors with fire in the form of extra spicy jalapenos
  • Jack Daniel’s (JD) tabasco, thisĀ  is sweet and spicy with JD glaze
  • Cracked pepper, cajun seasoning served with honey, cider and vinegar dipping sauce
  • Hot & spicy siracha, fiery siracha is served on lettuce and red chili flakes
  • Franks red hot, as the name suggests its too hot to handle!
I quite liked the cracked pepper and siracha is a welcome change.

Moving on, the team insisted us to try Pepper roasted chicken. This is one half chicken with chili pepper sauce, served with onions, red & green peppers and french fries. The succulent, tender chicken is a meal in itself.

We then tried small portion of Classic americanĀ  veggie pizza, thin crust pizza with mozzarella cheese overload and veggies like black olives, onions, sweet corn is a delight for spicy pizza lovers.

Next was again in-house favorite, Tostada chicken nachos. Chicken & cheese toppings dint make the nachos soggy, that’s the crispness of these long corn tortillas which goes well with salsa and sour cream dip.

Celebrate your best moments with a delicious treat to your sugar loving soul- One of the best sizzling brownies to sizzle your mind and make your day!

Overall, the place has loads to offer as healthy salads, make your own burger, JD variants, interesting finger food and delicious desserts. Some of the items are slightly overpriced, but if you love the Western vibes you should visit this place.

This review is completely based on my experience without any external influence.
